Hey guys, today we are presenting Make Model who are a Six piece from Glasgow. Aimi, JC, Ray ‘The Biz’ Black and Ken joining original members Lewis, ex of Glasgow maths rock combo Fickle Public, and Gordon.

Aight! This is the final 4/4-SpeedGarage post we'll make for now. But it's also the best... As promised we give you the legendary 'Reach & Spin - The Hype!'. It was originally released on white in 1997, as a bootleg of "Reach" (Judy Cheeks) and "Spin Spin Sugar (Armand Van Helden's Dark Garage Mix)" (Sneaker Pimps). The original bootleg had "Spin Spin Sugar" with the vocals of "Reach" on top. The B-side (dub mix), the one we're posting, was known as "Hype Funk" or "The Hype". Soon enough, this track became the bigger of the two, four years down the line (in 2001) Alex Ellenger and Jon Skinner decided to release it under the alias "Reach & Spin" on Go! Beat.

Hannah Holland was raised in South London on a strict diet of basslines and bounce, after a brief stint making videos for luminaries such as Goldfrapp and Faithless she decided to devote her time completely and utterly to making and playing music. For the last three years Hannah has dutifully appeared at her beloved Trailer Trash residency.

Hannah has recently turned her hand to music production and has been commissioned to remix the 2003 mega hit ‘Kinda New’ by Spektrum (Ministry).

We just had to post this interview with Justice we got from the MySpace video archive. It's really cool that there actually isn't ONE tiny sample in D.A.N.C.E. They recorded a childrens choir in London and the lead singer on the track is only 8 years old. Probably the most popular kid in school at the moment! We also got you the MstrKrft remix of the track which is the best REMIX of it according to us.

Most of you probably heard of these guys before but for those of you who haven't crookers are dj Phra and Bot; two dj's/producers who met in 2003 and soon got to work together as they had the same tastes and a similar musical background.

Both have been producing and djing on their own before creating the Crookers team.
Clearly influenced by producers such as Switch and Herve these guys are on their way up! Today we give you the unofficial remix of Kelis's Bossy and the work in progress mini-sampler (previously posted on Discodust) as a sneak-preview of things to come. Yo Lads!
We mailed our Bulgarian friend living in South Africa and asked if we could do a multipost with some of his tracks as we love his stuff! Friendly as he is, he was down with the post. Dimitre as his first name is, has be dropping some amazing stuff lately and he´s is getting a lot of good respons trough out the world, including guys like Switch and Trevor Loveys, not bad! The Bulgarian has his tracks available to buy at places like Juno, Beatport and DJ Download and we can warmly recommend u to have a look there for more of his stuff! For the Swedish heads, The Bulgarian might visit Stockholm this summer, but we will come back with more info about that!

This guy is a genius, maybe a bit too genius sometimes if you know what we mean, anyway we collected some old and some new tunes and remixes of Mr. Oizos wonderful work. That saxophone break in the patrick122 remix ROCKS! Also, check out our own re-edit of "Flat Beat". We didn't change to much because it's a legendary track already, but we always felt that a more powerful "kick" would be nice so we added that, and changed it a bit (not the b-line though, since it's unbeatable).
